CFP Semifinal Super Six: Ohio State vs. Texas, Penn State vs. Notre Dame
At the very top of this board is Buckeyes’ quarterback Will Howard at +200.
He’s thrown for 3,490 yards and 32 touchdowns on the year.
FOX Sports betting analyst Geoff Schwartz noted that Howard is 41-of-55 passing for 630 passing yards in Playoff games and college football betting expert Paul Stone told FOX Sports betting analyst Patrick Everson that throughout this season “Howard has elevated his play and is taking care of the football.”
Second on the board at +475 is Notre Dame’s Riley Leonard. The senior has 2,383 yards and 18 touchdowns through the air and 831 rushing yards with 15 TDs on the ground this season.
Rounding out the top three is Ohio State’s star wide receiver Jeremiah Smith.
After the Buckeyes defeated Oregon in the Rose Bowl, Ducks head coach Dan Lanning said that Smith was hard to stop because “he’s strong” and that he “attacks the ball in the air as well as any receiver” he’s ever seen.
“He’s NFL-ready,” Lanning added.
Jeremiah Smith’s incredible journey to Ohio State
Further down this board is Longhorns’ backup quarterback Arch Manning at +4000.
While Manning backs up starter Quinn Ewers, “The Herd” host Colin Cowherd said that “he would start for virtually every other college team in America.”
