Sumit had catfished Jenny Slatten in 2012 under the name “Michael Jones.” Sumit and Jenny fell for each other despite their 30-year age difference, but he was married off to another woman by his parents. Once Sumit divorced his ex-wife, he married American woman Jenny in August 2021.
