“The Queen is evil! You must flee into the woods.” Yes that will solve everything! Disney has debuted their first full trailer for Snow White – the next “live-action” re-imagining of a classic animated movie, this one from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937). Yet another one of these live-action mishaps to join Mufasa: The Lion King. This is even worse than the teaser, with heaps of cringey footage to gawk at. How did this pass QC?? Hard to watch this and not wonder “what have they done?!” “Disney invites you to return to the story that started it all…” This magical music adventure journeys back into the timeless story with beloved characters Bashful, Doc, Dopey, Grumpy, Happy, Sleepy, and Sneezy. Featuring all-new original songs from Benj Pasek and Justin Paul. Starring Rachel Zegler & Gal Gadot, who portray Snow White & the Evil Queen. Along with Andrew Burnap as Jonathan, Ansu Kabia as the Huntsman, Dujonna Gift as Maple, and Martin Klebba as Grumpy. Not a single shot of this looks good, not excited for it at all. You?

Snow White is a live-action musical reimagining of the classic 1937 movie. The magical music adventure journeys back to the timeless story with beloved characters Bashful, Doc, Dopey, Grumpy, Happy, Sleepy, and Sneezy. Disney’s Snow White movie is directed by American filmmaker Marc Webb, director of the movies 500 Days of Summer, The Amazing Spider-Man 1 & 2, Gifted, The Only Living Boy in New York, and TV episodes including on “The Code”, “The Society”, “Why Women Kill”, and “Just Beyond” previously. The screenplay is written by Greta Gerwig and Erin Cressida Wilson. Based on Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs by Ted Sears. Which was based on the original Snow White story by the Brothers Grimm. It’s co-produced by Walt Disney Pictures & Marc Platt Productions. Produced by Marc Platt & Jared LeBoff. Disney opens Webb’s Snow White movie in theaters starting March 21st, 2025 coming up next year. Any better?
