SHE’S been in the spotlight for 30 years and now, after turning 50 earlier this year, Victoria Beckham is ‘obsessed’ with staying young.
Fans have hailed Posh Spice as the newest member of ‘Club Ageless’ after the 50-year-old was pictured looking younger than ever at the State Banquet at Buckingham Palace earlier this week.
Showing off her flawless skin and wrinkle-free complexion, the mum-of-four looked like she’d barely aged a day from her time as a fresh-faced Spice Girl, who shot to fame in the band three decades ago.
The glossy-haired singer has managed to completely defy her age, but just how does she do it?
Now, an insider has revealed all on Victoria’s goal to turn back the clocks and recapture her youth.
Speaking to Closer, the source said: “Vic’s made anti-ageing part of her job since turning 50 and has been turning to her “ageless idols”, including Jennifer Aniston, Kim Kardashian, JLo and pal Eva Longoria for all their go-tos.

“She’s been indulging in a range of facials and cosmetic procedures round the clock, as well as keeping up her daily at-home routine.
“She’s constantly out and about at events, rubbing shoulders with Hollywood elite, so she wants to keep up and she’s ramped up the pressure in recent months.
“It’s become a little bit of an insane obsession, but she does look amazing for it, so it’s working.”
The global icon recently told Bazaar: “Beauty has always been a passion of mine, and it really began during my time in the Spice Girls.
“I always enjoyed sitting in makeup chairs, learning tips and tricks whilst discovering my personal makeup preferences.”
After countless glam sessions, a successful fashion brand, and a number of different hairstyles later, Victoria transitioned into the beauty space after she decided to put down her mic for good.
In 2019, she created Victoria Beckham Beauty, powered by clean, high-performance products like the collection’s newest addition, the Matte Bronzing Brick, and her skin-care collaboration with Augustinus Bader.
Strict diet
But not only is she beauty obsessed, she’s also particular when it comes to her diet too.
The fashion designer, who according to her football legend husband David, 49, has eaten the same thing for 25 years.
It’s been reported that the brunette beauty rarely deviates from grilled fish, steamed vegetables, nuts and seeds, and has attributed her extreme diet to her life-long battle with acne.
Victoria revealed: “It was because of my skin that I became very careful about what I ate.”
Not only does she swear by fish and vegetables, but she has also shared that she has even eliminated wheat, flour, meat, sugar, processed foods, dairy and gluten from her diet.
Ditching filler for pricey treatments
The star, who had breast implants in the early nineties but later had them removed, has previously admitted to having Botox and lip fillers following speculation over her noticeably plumper pout.
But she claimed that she has now stopped with the injections, as she admitted: “I just felt it was too much. I just felt like hiding, you know?”
Despite ditching her filler appointments, Posh has revealed the pricey beauty buy she couldn’t live without.
Victoria confirmed that she religiously uses a £2,000 LED device for 30 minutes every morning in her effort to maintain her youthful skin.
In addition to this, pals say the star has also been turning to the very best ‘tweakments’ Hollywood has to offer this year.

The source continued: “Vic’s been having micro-current facials, contouring, cold therapy and a mix of micro needling and radio-frequency therapy, which Eva swears by.
“She’s started undergoing Coolaser skin resurfacing, which stimulates collagen and reduces acne scars, after Kim [Kardashian] recommended it, as well as undergoing a non-surgical facelift which involves strategically placing fillers for natural skin rejuvenation without going under the knife.
“Kim also recommended stem cell Exosome therapy, which uses stem cells to help rejuvenate the skin and is said to be the “next generation treatment for ageing”, which she says has been a game changer.”
£700 ‘painful’ facial
As well as this, it’s previously been reported that the fashion mogul undergoes Morpheus8, known as the world’s most painful, non-invasive cosmetic procedure, every six months.
The facial involves putting 24 needles into your face but ‘Victoria swears by it for keeping her skin’ looking youthful.
However, if Posh fans want to follow suit, they will have to fork out a whopping £700 a time for the facial.
A source told The Sun: “Victoria loves her beauty treatments and is willing to try out new techniques when it comes to keeping her skin looking so good.
“She has one Morpheus8 treatment every six months. It is not for the faint-hearted and she has anaesthetic numbing cream applied to her skin 90 minutes before her treatment, which sees 24 4mm needles inserted into her face.
“A radio frequency is then transmitted through the needles, which goes through to the tissue underneath her skin. It is painful, but Victoria swears by it for keeping her skin looking so good.”
Whilst Victoria has previously confessed that she’d “never say never” to going under the knife in the name of beauty, according to pals, she’s hell-bent on doing whatever it takes to avoid having more plastic surgery.
The source claimed: “While Vic doesn’t feel obliged to grow old gracefully, she wants to maintain the effortless, natural look for as long as she can.
“She knows that at some stage that may change but, for now, she’s adamant that with her rigid diet and beauty regime, she can avoid going down that route – or at least put it off for as long as she possibly can.”
