Ayo Edebiri is one of the most in-demand young actors working today. Thanks to her work on “The Bear,” she has become someone who can star in comedies, of course, but also other types of films. Her next feature, “Opus,” sees her taking a shot at horror.

As seen in the trailer for the film, “Opus” tells the story of a young journalist who gets invited to attend a private concert of a pop star who mysteriously disappeared 30 years ago. While there, she sees what looks like a creepy cult created by the artist, and she begins to feel like something twisted is going on.

The film stars Ayo Edebiri, John Malkovich, Juliette Lewis, Murray Bartlett, Amber Midthunder, Stephanie Suganami, Young Mazino, and Tatanka Means. “Opus” is the feature film debut of writer-director Mark Anthony Green.
