The woman whose body was found wrapped in plastic near Sydney Airport last week has been identified, as police say they hold “grave concerns” for her missing husband.
Zhuojun ‘Sally’ Li, 33, was found dead in dense scrub in Sir Joseph Banks Park in Botany on Monday morning by a passing jogger.
Her body was severely decomposed and a number of items, including a pair of high heels, were found at the scene.

Due to her state of decomposition, police said it’s unclear how long Li had been dead for.
On Saturday, police revealed the Greenacre woman had been reported missing earlier this month after her mother was unable to reach her.
There is also now a public appeal for help in locating Li’s husband Jai-Bao ‘Rex’ Chen.
Police say they hold “grave concerns” for the 33-year-old’s welfare.
Chen is described as being of Asian appearance, about 165cm to 170cm tall, with a slim build, black hair and brown eyes.
Police have also released CCTV of a silver Toyota Avensis that stopped on the northern side of Foreshore Rd in Botany during the early hours of Saturday, November 30.
“Investigators are appealing for anyone with information about the car or the driver to come forward,” NSW Police said.
