KATE Garraway let her hair down and danced the night away with her kids as they spent the day at a hit music festival.
The Good Morning Britain anchor, 57 – whose husband Derek Draper, 56, tragically died in January – was spotted partying at Camp Bestival with Billy, 15, and Darcey, 18.
It has been an understandably rough year for the trio, with Kate speaking candidly about her struggles live on the ITV daytime show.
Yet she has enjoyed a much-deserved break from the screen at the four-day festival, and was seen pulling on a leopard-print robe, white top and matching shorts as she got set for the family day out.
Later in the night – with Bestival’s events in Dorset and Shropshire spanning four days – Kate pulled on a fluffy white hat and chunky cream cardigan.
Billy was seen striking a sassy posed in his hoodie and joggers before Kate helf the hand of a female pal as they danced around.
They then posed for group snaps with all the kids before enjoying the live acts.
Kate shared the images to her Instagram page with the words: “Well that was fun! @bestival thanks for a great day – so great to see @chrishawkinsdj in action and the kids having so much fun @clarenasir & @vickiewhitemgmnt get cred points for spectacular dancing.”
Kate even shared how she met her ITV daytime colleague Josie Gibson while relishing her down-time and added: “Apologies go to @josiegibson85 for being unlucky enough to meet me after my first pint and a half of lager in a looooong while!!!!!!
“What a great family friendly festival.
“Now to bed – see you all on @gmb tomorrow from 6 xxx”
Just last week, Kate showcased how she was juggling mum duties with the school summer holidays.
She was caught tapping away on her phone as Good Morning Britain returned from a commercial break.
Her co-host Richard Madeley, 68, called her out and said: “She’s on her phone, she’s on her phone!” before pointing to the pink device which was perched on a cradle on the desk.
Kate then admitted: “I was on my phone!
“I was just dealing with a little home crisis, a little bit of, you know …
“Kids getting up to no good.
“You know what kids are like!”
Previously Darcey bravely carried her father’s coffin during his emotional funeral in February – at the same venue where Kate and Derek married nearly 20 years ago.
The following month, Kate made sure to pull out all the stops for Darcey’s birthday party as Derek “would have wanted the day to be special.”
Earlier this week, Kate told how she was “proud” of her eldest as she picked up her A-Level results, and read them at her dad’s grave.
In another emotional Instagram message, Kate wrote: “Congratulations to all who got their #alevel results this week – huge achievement – even if you’re disappointed in the results – don’t be – you made it to the end and life has a way of working itself out in the best way for you.
“Darcey got her results on another one of those firsts this year – Derek’s birthday.
“She didn’t get what she might have done but hey did better than any of us feared under the circumstances.
“I couldn’t be prouder of her and know her Dad would be too.
“We went to Dad’s grave to ‘tell’ him before she went out to celebrate with friends.”
Former political lobbyist Derek was left fighting for his life in hospital after suffering a heart attack over the festive period.
Derek was already one of the UK’s longest-suffering Covid patients, after being diagnosed in March 2020.
Kate paid a touching tribute to her late spouse at his funeral in February and, just days later, made her “brave” GMB return.
