Atlanta Braves designated hitter Marcell Ozuna will compete in this year’s Home Run Derby, MLB announced on Monday.
Ozuna joins a group of elite sluggers in the Home Run Derby. Also participating is New York Mets first baseman Pete Alonso, Philadelphia Phillies third baseman Alec Bohm, Baltimore Orioles shortstop Gunnar Henderson and Kansas City Royals shortstop Bobby Witt Jr.
Ozuna, also an All-Star this year, will be competing in the Home Run Derby for the first time in his career.
