The Justice Department plans to focus on arresting the “most egregious” Jan. 6 rioters before President-elect Donald Trump returns to the White House. NBC News’ Ryan Reilly reports that the DOJ will focus on those who committed felony assaults on law enforcement and how Trump has promised to pardon some of the rioters.
