The Anaheim Ducks have acquired defenceman Brian Dumoulin from the Seattle Kraken in exchange for a 2026 fourth-round pick, the team announced on Tuesday.
Dumoulin, 32, had a decent season for the Kraken, setting a career-high in goals with six and also picked up 10 assists in 80 games.
The Biddeford, Maine native is an 11-year NHL vet, having spent 10 years with the Pittsburgh Penguins before the move to Seattle. He won Stanley Cups in Pittsburgh in 2016 and 2017.
He is under contract for one more season at a $3.15 million cap hit.
