Injury-hit Nice could struggle in Rome

The South of France outfit could be without as many as six players for their trip to the Stadio Olimpico and that could prove decisive against a Lazio side who have started the season well.

The Italians beat Ukrainian club Dinamo Kyiv 3-0 in Hamburg in their Europa League opener last week and have four victories in their seven competitive games this term, including taking seven points from a possible nine on home soil.

Les Aiglons have only won one of their previous four and have lost twice on the road this season. They could be set for another disappointing journey.

Tip 1: Lazio to beat Nice @ 41/50 with Bet MGM

Porto to pile pressure on Ten Hag

Time appears to be almost up for Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag and a midweek trip to Portugal could spell the end for the beleaguered Dutchman.

The Red Devils suffered a damaging 3-0 home defeat to Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday and are winless in three after drawing against his former club FC Twente last week.

While they were atrocious in their weekend Premier League defeat, tonight’s hosts FC Porto have only lost one of their four previous meetings with United, including the famous victory under Jose Mourinho back in 2004.

The Portuguese club have won three of their past four matches and all four home games this season by an aggregate score of 11-1 – so back them to land a crushing blow on Ten Hag this evening.

Tip 2: Porto to beat Manchester United @ 7/4 with Bet MGM

Goalfest expected in Norway

Molde played out an eight-goal thriller at home to Tromsø on Saturday, winning 5-3, and another high-scoring affair is expected when they open their Conference League campaign against Larne.

There have been a huge 24 goals scored in their past five competitive games, and their Northern Irish visitors are also no strangers to a few goals.

Larne’s last four matches have averaged 2.75 goals per game and seven of their past 10 European fixtures have gone over 2.5 goals.

Tip 3: Over 2.5 goals in Molde vs Larne @ 11/20 with Bet MGM

Danes to continue fine home form

Copenhagen reached the last 16 of the Champions League last season and qualified from a group that included Bayern Munich, Manchester United and Galatasaray, so they should get their Conference League campaign off to a flyer against Polish outfit Jagiellonia tonight.

The home side narrowly lost the battle for the Danish Superliga last season and find themselves in the third tier of European competition this time around.

However, they have started this term with six wins and two draws from eight competitive home games and the visitors have only won on only two of their 11 European away days.

Tip 4: FC Copenhagen to beat Jagiellonia @ 11/20 with Bet MGM

Frankfurt hope for fruitful trip to Istanbul

Besiktas lost their Europa League opener 4-0 at Ajax and they face another difficult task as Eintracht Frankfurt visit Istanbul.

The German side, second in the Bundesliga, have won four and drawn one of their previous five competitive games.

They did draw their Europa League curtain-raiser against Viktoria Plzen, but they should be able to get the better of hosts who lost all three of their home games in last season’s Conference League group stage.

Tip 5: Eintracht Frankfurt to beat Besiktas @ 11/8 with Bet MGM
