Four killed in rural NSW after car crash

Four people have died after a two-car crash in rural NSW.

Police were called to Newell Highway in Tomingley, near Dubbo, after reports of a multi-car crash at 9.20pm.

A Toyota Hilux and Toyota Hiace collided killing two men aged 18 and 19, and a man and woman both aged 57.

A 23-year-old male driver of one car was taken to Dubbo Hospital with suspected leg injuries.

Police are investigating the circumstances around the crash. 

The Newell Highway is now open between Tomingley and Dubbo, but motorists are still urged to avoid the area.
