Frantic search for Ava Midson, 6, missing from home at Glossodia in the Hawkesbury region

A search is underway for a little girl, 6, missing from Sydney’s northwest.

Ava Midson was last seen at a home on Wattle Cr at Glossodia in the Hawkesbury region about 1.40pm on Monday.

NSW Police were notified when the little girl could not be found.

There are serious concerns for her welfare as she lives with autism and is non-verbal.

Ava is Caucasian and about 120cm tall, with long blonde hair in a pony tail and green eyes.

“She was last seen wearing a long sleeve purple shirt, a nappy and purple shoes,” NSW Police said.

“Anyone with information into her whereabouts is urged to call Hawkesbury police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.”
