“Is it time for him to retire?” Yes. Netflix has revealed an official trailer for a new sports documentary series called Aaron Rodgers: Enigma, arriving on Netflix for streaming this month. Follow NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers’ comeback with the New York Jets and also his life off the field, including his advocacy for ayahuasca, a psychedelic brew. The series is co-directed by acclaimed sports filmmakers Gotham Chopra (of Stephen vs. The Game, Simone vs Herself, Passion Play: Russell Westbrook, Man in the Arena, Greatness Code, The Sessions: Draymond Green, McGregor Forever, In the Arena: Serena Williams) & Liam Hughes (of Destination NBA: A G League Odyssey). The Netflix sports series with 3 full episodes will follow Aaron Rodgers’ comeback after tearing his Achilles, while also exploring his life and career through the intimate and difficult parts that made him a household name on and off the field. Chronicling the defining moments of his life & career. I don’t think he should be celebrated for being an anti-vaxxer, as this is ridiculous. But this is framed more as a sports doc and his return from an injury – he’s still totally crazy on everything else.
