Plenty of new content is making its way to Black Ops 6 and Warzone in Season 1, including the AMR Mod 4 Sniper Rifle and a holiday-themed takeover of several Call of Duty maps and modes. Unlocking the new Sniper is the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit as you pick players off with a few well-placed shots.
The AMR Mod 4 is a powerful semi-auto Black Ops 6 Sniper that deals loads of damage in exchange for high recoil and low mobility. While you likely won’t be producing consecutive cross-map quickscopes with it, the Sniper could prove to be a meta weapon in Warzone. Given its deadly firepower, it’s not one you’re going to want to ignore, so here’s how to unlock the AMR Mod 4.
How To Get Black Ops 6 & Warzone AMR Mod 4 Sniper
The AMR Mod 4 Is A Powerful Long-Range Weapon
The AMR Mod 4 Sniper Rifle will be available to unlock via Archie’s Festival Frenzy event in Black Ops 6 and Warzonefrom December 19 to January 3, 2024. The Sniper is classified as the Mastery Reward, available as the grand prize for those who complete the event.
Much like unlocking the Siri 9mm, this particular event doesn’t task you with completing specific challenges. Instead, enemies that you eliminate in Black Ops 6, Zombies, and Warzone will drop Jolly Archies on the ground. It’s up to you to collect these Jolly Archies which can then be redeemed on the Archie’s Festival Frenzy event page to unlock gifts.
In total, there are 12 gift-wrapped rewards that you’ll have to unlock. Once you unlock all 12 rewards, you’ll also unlock the new AMR Mod 4 Sniper Rifle as the Mastery Reward.

One of the two launch maps for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies, Liberty Falls, is packed with lots of hidden secrets and Easter Eggs.
Players can play any mode to collect Jolly Archies, but keep in mind that Jolly Archies will also appear in Warzone supply caches. This is likely meant to make up for the lower average kill count that players will experience in Warzone lobbies.
Based on the AMR Mod 4’s official description and design, the weapon is reminiscent of the classic Barrett Sniper Rifle. It is the fourth Sniper Rifle to join the Black Ops 6 arsenal and the second alongside the SVD to boast a semi-automatic nature.
Racking up one-shot kills shouldn’t pose a challenge for experienced marksmen given its power. Sniper Rifles with excellent damage output, bullet velocity, and range have often found a place in the Warzone meta, leaving players hopeful that the AMR Mod 4 will be no different.
Most Black Ops 6 and Warzone players should be able to unlock the AMR Mod 4 by passively collecting fallen Jolly Archies. It will take some time to unlock the Sniper’s best attachments, but you can speed up the process by using a few Double XP Tokens leftover from Modern Warfare 3.
