Funko Fusion not only offers players entire secret Cameo Levels but also secret Cameo Characters, one of whom is Voltron from the TV series of the same name. However, to unlock these special characters, you’ll first need to track them down across the various worlds of Funko Fusion and speak with them.
While Voltron doesn’t have his own Funko Fusion level, he can be found in several levels and spoken with, which will result in the ability to unlock and play as Voltron. Unfortunately, while this is not complicated in and of itself, the process can be tedious as this will mean making significant progress in the overall game before you have the chance to play as Voltron.
How To Unlock Voltron In Funko Fusion
Find & Speak With Voltron In Various Funko Fusion Levels
To unlock Voltron, you’ll need to complete his Cameo Quest, which involves initially finding him. Unfortunately for Voltron, this involves reaching the fourth level of Battlestar Galactica. After that, you will need to find and speak with him in six other locations as well. So to begin, you’ll need to complete a significant portion of level four of Battlestar Galactica to reach the area where you can retrieve the Cameo Quest card, as seen in JayShockblast’s YouTube video above.
The Cameo Quest card will be found inside a purple chest next to some lockers and a table in the latter half of the level. Once you have that in hand, you’ll need to take it to the key card reader which can be found by backtracking to the large room you came from and up a large flight of stairs.
If you have any trouble finding the key card reader
, use the icon on your screen to guide you
. When you collect a Cameo Quest card, you should see a keyhole icon appear on the screen with an arrow next to it and a distance guide showing how far you are.
Beyond the door, you’ll find Voltron. He needs your help finding the Trans-Reality Comet to close a rift that was opened by Lotor. Immediately after speaking with him, enemies will begin to spawn in the room, so be prepared to fight them while you try to locate the Comet. Luckily, you won’t need to go too far as the Comet is rather large and can be found right at the bottom of the stairs you took to reach Voltron.
Grab the Trans-Reality Comet and bring it back to him. Once you do that, you’ll need to finish off any remaining enemies before he will be willing to speak to you. After talking with him, he will inform you that you need to find him in other worlds, which is the game’s way of literally telling you that you will need to find him in other crossover worlds in Funko Fusion to unlock him. Specifically, he will be found in six other places, the last of which will finally unlock him.

Once you’ve found Voltron in what is arguably the most difficult-to-reach location, hop back up the platforms you just came down on and go right. Use your portals until you reach the island with Comet sitting next to the Item Machine. Note that this can take some time to figure out if you haven’t already established a portal route. |

After speaking with Voltron, turn around, head back down the road, and through the POPIT doors. Go directly up the stairs on the left side, and you should see the Comet to the right of the stage. Use an Amp on your side to be able to reach the other side of the stage and collect it. |

For this Comet, head out of the store where Voltron is and head left, down the street. Keep going straight until you reach the roadblock of cars on the other end and then head down the alley on the right. You should see the stone on the left side behind a pillar. |
During each encounter, you will be asked to repeat the same thing you did in Battlestar Galactica, which is to find the Trans-Reality Comet. Be careful as some of these levels will have enemies attacking you while you attempt to carry the Comet back to Voltron and, for some of these levels, that can mean crossing a very long distance on the map.
You can complete these missions in any order you choose, depending on which order you complete these worlds. Voltron will automatically unlock after the completion of the sixth one, no matter which that is.
After you’ve completed your last Comet mission for Voltron, he will inform you that everything is safe now, and you will be able to unlock Voltron. You will also unlock the Funko Fusion achievement trophy for completing Voltron’s Cameo Quest at this point as well. Note that after unlocking, you’ll find him in the Battlestar Galactica section, since this is where his Cameo Quest initially started.
