Unrivaled, the 3-on-3 women’s professional basketball league co-founded by Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart, is just a few weeks away from tip-off.
The brand-new league will begin on January 17th in Miami — and include at least 33 WNBA players, a star-studded list that includes Angel Reese, Brittney Griner, Alyssa Thomas, Chelsea Gray, and many other All-Stars and Olympians.
How to watch Unrivaled
Between January 17th and March 17th, games will be played every Friday, Saturday, and Monday. All games will be streamed on Max.
In addition, games will be broadcast on TruTV or TNT. Games played on Friday and Monday will typically be broadcast on TNT, while Saturday night games will be broadcast on TruTV.
Watching Unrivaled in-person
All 3-on-3 games will be played at Mediapro US, a soundstage with limited seats in Miami. Seats are already relatively limited but can be purchased on Ticketmaster. Opening night resale tickets are currently up for $1,200, but tickets for later in the season are as cheap as $50.
Other WNBA offseason basketball options
While many WNBA players are participating in Unrivaled, it’s not the only domestic women’s basketball league taking place this winter.
Athletes Unlimited will take place from February 5 to March 2nd in Nashville, Tennessee, and feature WNBA players like Alysha Clark (Las Vegas Aces), Sydney Colson (Aces), Isabelle Harrison (Chicago Sky), Jordan Horston (Seattle Storm), Kia Nurse (Los Angeles Sparks), Alissa Pilli (Minnesota Lynx), and others.
How to watch Athletes Unlimited
Games will be played on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium, with tickets going for as cheap as $15. The broadcast schedule has yet to be released.
