Intense Full Trailer for Netflix’s ‘Terminator Zero’ Anime Sci-Fi Series

“What makes you think humanity is worth saving?” Let’s rock! Netflix has launched the main official trailer for Terminator Zero, a brand new animated series based on the Terminator mythology set in 2022 during the early days of the “Future War”. I’m so down for this! Created and executive produced by Mattson Tomlin and executive produced by Skydance Animation by Production IG Studios in Japan, the 8-episode series will be part of the Terminator universe but will center around new characters. It will launch globally starting on Judgment Day – August 29th later this summer. Sonoya Mizuno stars as the voice of “Eiko,” the resistance fighter sent back in time to stop Skynet’s impending attack on humanity. Additional English voice cast includes Timothy Olyphant as Terminator, André Holland as Malcolm Lee, Rosario Dawson as Koroko, & Ann Dowd as The Prophet. The series is directed by Masashi Kudo. I dig the use of The Smashing Pumpkin’s “Disarm” song for this bleak trailer. And all of the sci-fi footage looks awesome.
