Good news for crime show fans, as FBI: International is returning after a depressingly lengthy hiatus over Christmas. Season 4 of the hit series first aired on CBS on October 15, leaving viewers on the edge of their seats with a cliffhanger by December 17. We last saw the Fly Team devastated by the shooting of one of their own. Of course, followers of the series are now scrambling, wondering when they can catch the show back on their screens this month. Before tuning into the second half, here is a guide to when and where you can watch FBI: International Season 4’s midseason premiere on TV and on streaming.
When Is the ‘FBI: International’ Season 4 Midseason Premiere?
FBI: International is back with a new episode on January 28, 2025, in its usual 9 p.m. ET / 8 p.m. CT slot. The upcoming episode is titled “The Kill Floor,” which is rather apt given that Carmen Vo’s (Vinessa Vidotto) life is still hanging by a thread after being shot by Greg Csonkas (Beau Knapp). The dangerous criminal had already taken out Wes Mitchell‘s (Jesse Lee Soffer) partner.
Soffer told Parade that his character has a new storyline which will bring more perspective to his role. Soffer stated:
“There’s a fun arc [being filmed] right now. There’s a case from Wes’ past that kind of went sideways, and an old friend who took the brunt of the heat from that case shows up. They have an interesting dynamic, and Wes kind of brings him into the fold for a minute. They work through some of their issues, and that’s a fun storyline.”
Is the ‘FBI: International’ Season 4 Midseason Premiere Streaming?
If you can’t catch the show live on CBS, then you can stream all the previous episodes on Apple TV+. In the past, the tech giant’s platform and CBS had a partnership that included a bundle with CBS All Access. While the bundle has been discontinued, CBS is still available on Apple TV through the CBS app.

Watch the Trailer for ‘FBI: International’ Season 4
There isn’t a trailer for the episode as such, but prior to Season 4, episode 9’s release, CBS put out several images of the latest episodes. For those who need a refresher, we previously witnessed the dramatic moment when Vo gets shot in the line of duty – whether it’s fatal remains to be seen. However, it’s expected that the latest episode will wrap up the three-part Csonka storyline. A logline for the episode reads:
“A member of the team goes missing as the hunt for Greg Csonka continues in Paris; Vo’s life hangs in the balance after being shot.”
Speaking to TVLine, Vidotto said Csonka had “created chaos,” leaving her character with a fractured collarbone and sending her into shock during surgery after a major vein was nicked. She added:
“Now he’s [Csonka] fleeing for Paris. So yeah, it’s a big one. But I’m not going to reveal what happens to Vo that easily. You will just have to watch. Our viewership is devoted, they’re invested, and that’s really nice to see. Because sometimes I wonder, ‘Do they feel connected to Vo enough? Are there scenes that allow people to see her in a different light, and not just a bad ass?’ So that’s really cool to know that they do.”
And spoiler alert. The most recent photos show that Csonka may have actually kidnapped Special Agent Andre Raines (Carter Redwood). Interestingly, it appears that Europol’s Megan “Smitty” Garretson (Eva-Jane Willis) may have just missed the scene by minutes. The question is: what is Csonka planning to do with Raines?

What’s ‘FBI: International’ Season 4’s Episode Schedule?
There are only three episodes remaining of FBI: International Season 4, so it may be a good time to remind yourself of what’s happened so far. The most significant plotlines seem to revolve around whether Vo will return for the rest of the series and if Csonka will finally be caught.
