Justin Timberlake scored a big win in his DWI case.
The “Mirrors” singer signed off on a plea deal Wednesday, dropping his DWI charge down to a traffic violation, which is not a criminal offense.
Sources told TMZ that Timberlake copped to Driving While Ability Impaired and the judge presiding over his case already agreed to the plea.
“Impaired” driving is not a drunk driving offense and Timberlake reportedly has to pay a $300 to $500 fine before he can put the case behind him.
Timberlake will reportedly learn the exact sum at his hearing on Friday, per the outlet.
Reps for the singer did not immediately reply to Page Six’s request for comment.
