Rob Kardashian made a rare appearance in a birthday tribute video shared by his sister Khloé Kardashian for her birthday on Instagram.
The footage, which was posted on Thursday, June 27, shows Khloé seated in front of a lavender cake decorated with floral frosting, candles, and a giant heart decoration on top. Rob, appearing at the end of the table, was seen with Malika Haqq on one side and their grandmother, Mary Jo Campbell, on the other. The video then continues on to show a bunch of wholesome moments from the reality star’s life.
In the post, the Good American founder expressed her gratitude for the moments shared, writing, “Deeply grateful for every moment. I love you! I am so excited and thankful for this fresh decade and all it has in store!!!” Rob responded in the comments with, “Happy Birthday scooby boobie,” accompanied by heart and balloon emojis. Khloé affectionately replied, “I love you my favorite human,” to which Rob added, “I love you,” with a blue heart emoji.

It’s safe to say fans were delighted to see Rob, who rarely makes public appearances or comments on social media. Many left encouraging messages under his birthday wishes for Khloé, with one fan saying, “y’all so supportive of each other! We all love this for yall 😍😍,” while another commented, ” love you Robert, good to see you. Stay happy ❤️.”
Other fans left birthday wishes for Khloé, congratulating her on entering a new decade. “happy birthday to my fave person & fellow ♋️ queen!!! i love you so dearly, may this next decade be so full of love & blessings. you’re so special,” commented one fan, while another mentioned the emotional Reel itself, saying, “Okay not me crying right now?!??? ❤️🥹.”
Khloé has recently been praised on social media for the special connection she shares with Dream, Rob’s daughter with former fiancée, Blac Chyna. In an Instagram post from May 19, Khloé shared a selfie which included Dream with her own children, True and Tatum. Fans commented their admiration for the reality star’s inclusion of her niece, saying things like, “The best second mom for Dream❤️,” and, “I love how you love Dream😍.” This isn’t an isolated instance; Khloé frequently includes her niece in family moments and even wears a necklace with the names of her children and Dream.
