Klay Thompson’s storied 13-year run with the Golden State Warriors is complete after he left in free agency for the Dallas Mavericks.
On Saturday, the Warriors honored the franchise legend in a post on X, thanking him for “countless iconic moments” during their time together.
Thompson, the No. 11 overall pick in the 2011 NBA draft, won four championships and six Western Conference titles in Golden State.
The two-time All-NBA Team selection averaged 19.6 points per game for the franchise, shooting 41.3 percent from three-point range along the way.
