MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Storm Enteng has further intensified, with Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 raised over seven areas in Luzon, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
According to the state weather bureau, Enteng strengthened into a Tropical Storm around 11 p.m. on Tuesday.
