Tyreek Hill and Justin Jefferson were already announced as 99 Club members, and now we’ve got a full-scale look at how Madden 25 is grading NFL wide receivers heading into the 2024 NFL season.
- Tyreek Hill, Miami Dolphins (99 OVR)
- Justin Jefferson, Minnesota Vikings (98 OVR)
- CeeDee Lamb, Dallas Cowboys (96 OVR)
- A.J. Brown, Philadelphia Eagles (95 OVR)
- Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions (95 OVR)
- Davante Adams, Las Vegas Raiders (94 OVR)
- Ja’Marr Chase, Cincinnati Bengals (93 OVR)
- Stefon Diggs, Houston Texans (92 OVR)
- Brandon Aiyuk, San Francisco 49ers (91 OVR)
- Mike Evans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (91 OVR)
Wide receiver was almost the only position to have two 99 Club members, with it being a bit of a surprise that Jefferson did not carry over his 99 from last season. Hill led the NFL with 1,799 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns in 2023. Jefferson slogged through an injury-plagued campaign but still managed to put up 68 catches for 1,074 yards and five touchdowns in 10 games.
The wideout spot has become arguably the most loaded position in the NFL. On top of names like Hill and Jefferson, CeeDee Lamb, Ja’Marr Chase, A.J. Brown, Amon-Ra St. Brown and Davante Adams have emerged as true franchise cornerstones.
Lamb led the NFL with 135 receptions last season and arguably has a case for 99 Club membership in his own right.
Chase should see his counting stats rebound in 2024 after spending much of last season having to play without Joe Burrow. He still managed to compile the first 100-catch season of his career and was healthy after missing five games in 2022.
Madden will release August 16 on all major consoles.
