He was later charged with 12 offences including common assault, destroy or damage property, take and drive conveyance without consent of owner, aggravated assault with intent to rob, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, negligent driving, refused breath test, refuse breath analysis and assault police officer in execution of duty causing actual bodily harm.
