What will Bong Joon Ho do after he won all of the awards several years ago for “Parasite?” That’s the question that many people asked. Well, with the release of a new trailer, we got our best look yet at the next film from director Bong, “Mickey 17.”

As seen in the trailer, “Mickey 17” is a film about a future where people sign up to be “expendable.” That means they will be sent on very dangerous missions where death is almost a certainty. However, death isn’t the end, as they will just get cloned again and again. But what happens when an expendable is cloned while the original is still alive? Things get a bit crazy, that’s what.
The cast includes Robert Pattinson, Naomi Ackie, Steven Yeun, Toni Collette, and Mark Ruffalo. “Mickey 17” is written and directed by Bong Joon Ho. The iconic South Korean filmmaker is probably best known for films such as “Parasite,” “Okja,” “Snowpiercer,” and “Memories of Murder.”
