A woman has died from critical injuries after losing control of her motorbike while travelling on the NSW Snowy Mountains Hwy near Kiandra on Sunday.
At 10.40am, the 60-year-old, who has not been named, was travelling on her motorbike on the highway, about 2km from Links Rd, when she went down a small embankment.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated her at the site of the crash and she was airlifted to Canberra Hospital in a critical condition.
However she died of her injuries in hospital.

Officers from the Monaro Police District attended the scene.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
