Admittedly, the video itself does not reveal many new details about season 5. The tour features plenty of Easter eggs for Stranger Things‘ early seasons, such as the pink dress Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) wears in season 1 and the letter Hopper (David Harbour) writes to Eleven in season 3. Eagle-eyed fans will likely search for any props or costumes that look brand new, but the video is careful to keep things to the past. In a way, though, that’s fitting, seeing as season 5 will close out the show. A little nostalgia at the end isn’t a bad thing.

For example, as McLaughlin mentions, the level of detail went so deep that, in developing the costumes for season 1, the designers asked the actors about their characters’ favorite colors. Every member of the Stranger Things cast and crew has put in a lot of work over the years, and it’s refreshing to see their work honored in this way.
