Two workers have been injured at a mine site in central Queensland.
A rescue chopper was sent to Oaky Creek Coal Mine southeast of Tieri about 4.35pm on Wednesday following reports two men had been injured.
One has life-threatening injuries and the other has sustained head and leg injuries, according to The ABC.

Resources Safety and Health Queensland confirmed an incident had occurred and that it is investigating.
“An incident has occurred at a coal mine in the Bowen Basin, injuring two coal mine workers,” an RSHQ spokesperson said.
“It’s too early to detail what has happened, but we are investigating.”
The site is operated by Glencore.
